Paystride is a web-based platform that helps small businesses track employee time, calculate pay, manage leave, and maintain payment records. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated from time to time.

3. Account Registration

To use Paystride, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Paystride only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Paystride. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Payment Terms

Free plans are available at no cost. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Paystride is a tool for tracking and calculating pay. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. We are not liable for errors in pay calculations that result from incorrect data entry. You are responsible for verifying all calculations before making payments.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, then permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
